More Games To Look Forward To In 2018
In our previous blogs, we’ve looked at hotly anticipated games and we’ll conclude that theme in this blog with some absoloute crackers.
Moss – PS4
This quirky virtual reality game is based around a trip to a library where the player finds an old book that transports them to a fantasy land where they meet Quill, the main character, who is a mouse. The game is available from a first-person perspective using the PlayStation VR headset or third person in standard mode, the idea is to create a fully immersive world. Highly anticipated, this could be one of the top games of the year.
Detroit: Become Human – PS4
This choose-your-own-adventure style game focusses on androids who are developing consciousness and thinking about revolting against their masters. Depending on what choices you make throughout the game you’ll play a different story. The game will focus on issues that are affecting life just now in Detroit – economic boom and bust, automation of manufacturing and racial divides. This game should have plenty depth and create an engaging, sometimes uncomfortable gaming experience.
Soulcalibur VI – PS4, Xbox, PC
The latest instalment in the Soulcalibur saga is the first in six years and it promises to be a cracker. Keeping the 3D plane of the previous games, the game is said to have the pace and feel of Soulcalibur II and the beautiful light trace aesthetic of Soulcalibur V. The new Reversal Edge battle mechanics allow you to score counterattacks if your timing is right. This evolution of a classic game is highly anticipated and promises to attract new fans as well as keeping long-time enthusiasts happy.
